Direct Democracy Petition Signature Collection

About this event

To sign the petition: (1) be ready to read the ballot title, (2) be informed that “petition fraud is a Class A misdemeanor”, and (3) show photo ID. (Those are 3 of the new laws passed by the Arkansas legislature in 2025 regarding petitions.
