Free America Yoga & Social Justice Virtual Circle

About this event

In this accessible yoga and social justice practice, we will explore ahimsa (nonviolence) as an active commitment to care, clarity, and responsibility: toward ourselves, our communities, and the future we are working toward.

This is a space for reflection, accessible practice, and shared grounding. It is offered in parallel with the Free America Walkout for those who either cannot walkout (such as care givers, front line workers and similar), those who wish to support their own sustained action with yoga and self-care, and anyone who is simply curious! No previous experience necessary. Everybody in. Nobody out.

✨ What To Bring:
• Yourself
• Comfy Clothes
• Water / Tea / Hydration
• Journal of any kind
• A sturdy chair

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming space, we ask that everyone provide their name and email address in order to join the virtual circle. We may not admit logins with anonymous names, emails, or those that include profanity or violent references. Thanks for helping us co-create a space rooted in care.

Hosted by the Yoga Connexus Collective Circle Keepers with Bonnie Walker, the Overall Coordinator. You can learn more about Yoga Connexus at yogaconnexus.com
