March 28 — Little Rock & North Little Rock, AR
Little Rock, AR — The No Kings March and “Community Connect” organization fair will draw thousands of expected marchers and 30 organizations to promote democracy and build community.
No Kings is a nonviolent national day of action and mass mobilization in response to the authoritarian excesses and corruption of the Trump administration. In 2025, millions of Americans came together in June and October to oppose the administration’s authoritarian actions.
- President Trump is governing through fear, intimidation and hoarding power that isn’t his — the opposite of democracy.
- The administration is harming families right now. Families are living in fear as ICE raids tear parents from children and destabilize neighborhoods. The administration’s brutality has killed people including Keith Porter Jr., Renee Good, Alex Pretti, and thirty-two others since January 2025.
- President Trump is using OUR tax dollars to pay for HIS power grabs. He is pouring public money into his authoritarian takeovers of cities—deploying federal forces and funding mass detention and deportation, while cutting services that working families rely on every single day.
The Little Rock / North Little Rock event is one of 15 or more No Kings gatherings across the state.

In North Little Rock, the Community Connect fair includes booths from local nonprofits, mutual aid groups, advocacy organizations, civic groups and faith communities offering volunteer sign-ups, resource information, and ways to get involved.
The fair seeks to move Central Arkansas residents from mobilizing (showing up in large numbers) to organizing: building long-lasting relationships that build our power to take democracy back for the people.
Three statewide petitions — carried by committees For AR Kids, Protect AR Rights, and Save AR Democracy — will be available to sign. Training sessions on how to collect signatures will be offered throughout the day by Dr. Gail Choate of the Arkansas Civic Action Network and Dr. Dara Gaines of Protect AR Rights.
