This is a great opportunity to engage with potential volunteers and supporters.
Why an organizational fair?
No Kings is a huge opportunity for all of us. Previous No Kings protests drew up to 12,000 people from Central Arkansas. We believe that having so many people in one place is a powerful opportunity to for local progressive orgs like you to connect with people that care about your causes and share your beliefs. We don’t want this to be a one-day, feel-good event. We want for this to be a significant driver of volunteers, resources, and support for all of us.
Why the $100 fee?
As a small organization with big plans for the rest of this election year, we’re not able to cover the full cost of the org fair and are needing for everyone involved to chip in. We won’t be making money on this event.
As we said on the form, we don’t want this to exclude anyone from attending – if this registration fee would create a financial burden for you, please submit the form anyway and then contact us at info@indivisiblelrca.org. We have a private donor who has agreed to offer scholarships based on financial need. Looking forward to tabling with you on March 28th!
