2:00 PM – Pulaski County Planning Board Meeting, 4th Floor – they will meet to complete their review of the proposed Data Center Regulations, and make recommendations to the Quorum Court.
5:00 PM – Rally in front of the Main Entrance in support of strong Data Center Regulations. It will be hot, but there is shade. And summers will be even hotter if they keep building big data centers!
6:00 PM – Quorum Court Meeting, 4th Floor – the proposed Data Center Regulations are on the agenda. We want a majority vote to adopt Ordinance 26-I-56 now! It was written primarily by Judge Wendell Griffen and sponsored by Justice Julie Blackwood and co-sponsored by Justices CApps, Davis, and Massey.
